Earn the Silence support

We’ll Help You Move.

Use these steps to report a problem without sharing sensitive health information or camera images.

Contact Support

Email earnthesilenceapp@gmail.com for help with the app, your membership, or a technical problem.

We usually reply within two business days. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

TestFlight testers: Open TestFlight, select Earn the Silence, and tap Send Beta Feedback. You can also take a screenshot in the app and choose Share Beta Feedback.

Include these details

  1. Earn the Silence version and build number.
  2. Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  3. Whether the app was open, backgrounded, terminated, or the phone was locked.
  4. The exact button you used and what happened next.

Please do not send camera recordings, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive personal data.

Quick help

Alarm did not open

Confirm Earn the Silence is not hidden or protected with per-app Require Face ID. Open Reminder Settings and verify Accountability Alarms are authorized.

Camera lost your body

Place the phone on the floor against a wall, use even lighting, keep your full body visible, and hold the starting position while calibration finishes.

Camera permission denied

Use Manual Confirmation, or open iPhone Settings → Earn the Silence → Camera to enable optional on-device rep tracking.

Start over safely

Open Safety & Accessibility and choose Delete All Local Data & Scheduled Alerts. This cancels app-owned reminders before returning to onboarding. It does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Restore membership

Open Safety & Accessibility, choose Restore Purchases, and confirm the iPhone uses the Apple Account that purchased the membership.

Cancel or change a plan

Open Safety & Accessibility and choose Manage Subscription, or use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Safety comes first

The Health & Safety Exit is always available during an accountability challenge. Use it whenever continuing is painful, unsafe, inaccessible, or inappropriate. It stops the app-owned sequence without recording a completed workout.

Privacy

Camera frames stay on-device and are not saved. Read the complete Earn the Silence Privacy Policy.
